What we import (and what we don't)
Which parts of your current website come over, and which stay where they are.
Updated
We import the public website — what any visitor can see in a browser. That covers most of what a small business site is made of.
What comes over
- Every page we can reach by following links from your homepage.
- Photos, logos, and other images.
- Stylesheets, fonts, and scripts that make the site look and behave the way it does.
- Downloadable files linked from your pages, such as PDF menus or price sheets.
- Contact forms, which we reconnect to Lead Forms so every submission is saved.
What stays where it is
- Your domain name. It stays registered to you, wherever it is today.
- Your email. Mailboxes and email settings aren't part of your website and aren't affected.
- Online stores and checkout. We can host the rest of the site and link to your existing store, but we don't import carts or payment systems.
- Password-protected areas and member portals.
- Old form submissions stored in your previous builder. Download them from your old provider before you cancel.
Pages we can't find
If a page isn't linked from anywhere on your site, we may not find it. Tell us about any hidden pages — landing pages for ads, for example — and we'll bring them over too.
