How a Flagstage website works.

Step 1

We copy your current site over

Give us your web address. We make a faithful copy of every page, photo, and word on fast, modern hosting. It looks exactly the way it does today, so your customers never notice the move.

Hosting includes HTTPS, the padlock in the address bar. We issue the certificate and keep it current. You never buy one from us.

Then we check our work: pages, links, photos, and how it all looks on a phone. If something on your old site was broken, this is usually when it gets fixed.

Step 2

You ask for changes in plain words

“Update our hours for the season.” “Add the new crew photo.” “Put up a spring special — 10% off first mow.” That's the whole request.

There's no form to fill out and no software to open. Send it from your Account or by email, whichever is closer to hand.

Step 3

You see a preview before anyone else does

Every meaningful change comes back as a private preview link. Open it on your phone, look it over, and tell us to go ahead or what to adjust.

Nothing reaches your live site without your approval. That's how the system is built, not a policy we hope to follow.

Step 4

It goes live, cleanly

When you approve, the change goes live in one step, with no downtime and no under-construction pages. Your visitors just see the updated site.

Always

You hold a full copy of your site

After every approved update, a complete download of your site is ready: every page, image, and file, in a standard format any web host can use.

You can take it to another host whenever you like. If we want to keep you, we have to earn it.

If anything goes sideways

Every version is saved

We keep the history of your approved versions. If you ever want last month's homepage back, it's one request away.
