Managed updates are included with your plan. Here's how we think about them.
Everyday updates
These are the changes most businesses make month to month:
- Hours, prices, phone numbers, and addresses.
- New or replaced photos.
- Text edits and new paragraphs.
- Seasonal promotions and announcements.
- A new page for a service you've added.
- A new Lead Form, or a change to who receives one.
Bigger projects
Some requests are larger: a full redesign, dozens of new pages at once, or rebuilding how the whole site is organized. If a request is a bigger project, we'll tell you up front and agree on it before any work starts.
Monthly allowance
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of update work, and Pro includes more room than Standard. Most customers never come close. If a month runs unusually heavy, any extra appears as a line on your next invoice and in your Account billing — never as a surprise bill.
