Sending submissions to another tool
Forward each new submission to software you already use.
Updated
If you use a CRM, scheduling software, or an automation service, a Lead Form can send each new submission there automatically, in addition to email.
How it works
Many tools give you a secure web address — often called a webhook URL — that accepts new entries. When a visitor submits your form, Flagstage sends a copy of the submission to that address.
Setting it up
- In your other tool, look for "webhooks," "incoming webhooks," or "catch hook." Automation services like Zapier and Make offer them.
- Copy the address it gives you. It must start with https://.
- Add it to the form's delivery settings in Plugins → Forms, or send it to us in your Inbox and we'll add it.
Good to know
- Submissions are always saved in your Account first, even if your other tool is down.
- Each form can have its own connections.
- Only public, secure (https) addresses are accepted.
