What's in it
- Every page, as standard HTML files.
- Every image, stylesheet, script, and downloadable file.
- The same folder structure your site is served from.
Any web host can serve these files as they are.
How to get it
Ask in your Inbox: "Please send me the latest export of my site." We'll send you a download link to the most recent approved version.
What it doesn't include
- Your domain name. That's already registered to you.
- Form submissions. Download those from Plugins → Forms as a CSV.
You don't need a reason to ask, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
