Canceling your plan
How to cancel, and how to leave with everything you came with.

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel whenever you like.
Before you cancel
- Download your site. Ask for your latest export.
- Download your form submissions as a CSV from Plugins → Forms.
- Plan where your site will live next, so your domain has somewhere to point.
How to cancel
Contact us from Account → Contact and tell us which site you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm the date service ends and answer any questions about moving your site somewhere else.
Your domain
Your domain stays registered to you. Before your Flagstage service ends, update its records at your registrar to point to your new host, so visitors never hit a dead end.
Coming back
If you return later, we can move your site in again from wherever it lives.
