Reviewing a preview
What a preview link shows, what to check, and how to reply.
Updated
Every meaningful change comes back to you as a private preview before it goes live.
What a preview is
A preview is your full website with the requested change applied — not a screenshot. You can click around, open other pages, and check it on any device.
What to check
- The change itself: text, prices, and dates are exactly right.
- How it looks on your phone. Most of your visitors will see it there.
- Nearby content: nothing else on the page moved or broke.
- Links and buttons in or around the change.
How to reply
Reply in the same Inbox conversation:
- "Looks good, go ahead" to approve.
- Or describe what to adjust. We'll update the preview and send it back.
Preview links are private
Preview links are hard to guess and expire after a while. Share them with a business partner if you like, but don't post them publicly. If a link has expired, ask in the conversation and we'll send a fresh one.
